My name is Jennifer Lewis and after many years of global travel, I’ve landed in Palm Springs to be your Private Chef.
I learned to cook ‘at the source’ during my travels, following the leads of the locals; in one of New York City’s finest culinary schools; and in some of Sydney’s top restaurant kitchens creating a ‘Haute Cuisine meets Farmer’s Market meets Bazaar’ approach evident in all my cooking.
I’ve cooked my way around the world aboard luxury yachts, and in private homes and villas, and now I’m here to make your event special.
I am proficient in French, European and Mediterranean Cuisines; Latin American, Caribbean and Mexican; Asian including Thai, Japanese and Indian; American and Comfort Food with particular emphasis on clean and healthy eating.
I offer a diverse menu to accommodate a range of tastes, driven by a specific theme, occasion, recipe or budget.
